Travel and Accommodation

Book your plans to attend the Toddle User Group Conference, and reserve your room at a discounted rate!
Accommodation

We have partnered with Vienna House, Diplomat, to give us a discounted rate for the event. Vienna House, Diplomat is a brief 8-minute car ride from the International School of Prague. Click here to book your room at a discounted rate. There are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity for you to choose from.

Getting there by plane

Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is the nearest airport, about 6 kilometres from the International School of Prague, approximately a 15-minute drive. Transport options from the airport include ride shares, taxis, and public transit.

Getting there by public transport

You can also get to the International School of Prague from downtown Prague by taking the metro green line A to Bořislavka station, then taking a bus 161 or 312 to Průhonský háj station. Download PID Litacka app for bus/tram/metro tickets and connections.

Getting there by car

The International School of Prague is easily accessible by car with ample free parking available at the school. The Vienna House, Diplomat, offers free parking for guests only.

Frequently asked questions

The Toddle User Group Conference is an in-person event designed exclusively for Toddle users. It's an opportunity to enhance your Toddle practice, gain new insights, and network with fellow Toddle users in your region.

Yes, the Toddle User Group Conference is a ticketed event. The price for each pass is 200 USD.

You can avail Early bird pricing until Jan 20th, 2025 with limited capacity of 50 seats only. The discounted price will be 150 USD per pass for 1-2 tickets and 120 USD per pass for 3-5 tickets.

If you wish to purchase more than 5 tickets, please write to us at ugc@toddleapp.com

Our refund policy allows you to transfer your pass to a colleague if you're unable to attend. Simply email their details to us at ugc@toddleapp.com. Please note that once a pass is purchased, refunds are not available.

Yes, all attending participants will receive a participation certificate from Toddle. This will be issued after the event.

You may choose to stay at a hotel of your choice. If you want to find our recommendations, refer to our Travel and Accommodation section for further details.

This is an in-person event being held at the International School of Prague. There will be no live streaming, and recordings will not be available afterward. We hope to see you in person!
